Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

1. Who we are

gAPIapp ("the Service") is operated by Affiliate Mechanic, based in Burnet County, Texas, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: support@affiliateprogrampro.com.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using gAPIapp you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of service

gAPIapp is a multi-channel broadcast console that connects to third-party providers (including AWeber, Mailchimp, Buffer, Typefully, and TikTok) on behalf of the account owner to send email broadcasts, schedule social media content, and publish videos to TikTok.

4. Accounts and access

Access is limited to authorized administrators. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any API keys you provide. You must not share your account or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party APIs at your direction using credentials you supply. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes by third-party providers.

6. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, billing, sales tax / VAT, invoicing, subscription management, and customer service inquiries related to billing, including returns and refunds.

Paid plans (currently Basic at $7/month and Pro at $17/month, or any successor pricing listed on our pricing page) are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You authorise Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal. Prices may change with prior notice; changes take effect at the next renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and branding. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you; they grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service, and you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its components.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate the policies of any connected third-party provider (including Buffer's Developer Terms and the policies of any social network you publish to).

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affiliate Mechanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Venue for any dispute lies in Burnet County, Texas.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
