1. Who we are
gAPIapp is operated by Affiliate Mechanic, Burnet County, Texas, United States. Contact: support@affiliateprogrampro.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. Email address and authentication metadata when you sign in.
- Integration credentials. API keys and OAuth tokens you provide for third-party services (AWeber, Mailchimp, Buffer, Typefully, TikTok). These are stored encrypted and used only to call the corresponding API on your behalf.
- Content you create. Drafts, broadcasts, and scheduled posts you author in the admin panel.
- Usage data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To call third-party APIs you have explicitly connected.
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders and is a recipient of personal data necessary to process your payment (such as name, email, billing address, IP address, and payment method details). Paddle handles checkout, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, subscription management, fraud prevention, refunds, and related customer service inquiries. Paddle's processing of this data is governed by Paddle's Privacy Notice.
5. Legal basis for processing
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR or UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you signed up for, including processing payments via Paddle and calling third-party APIs you have connected.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, debug issues, and improve the product.
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
- Consent — where we ask for it (for example, optional marketing communications). You can withdraw consent at any time.
6. Third-party services and data recipients
We share personal data only with the categories of recipients below:
- Payments and Merchant of Record: Paddle — paddle.com/legal/privacy
- Hosting and database infrastructure used to run the Service.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
When you connect a third-party provider, data you send through that integration is governed by that provider's privacy policy:
- Buffer — buffer.com/privacy
- AWeber — aweber.com/privacy.htm
- Mailchimp — mailchimp.com/legal/privacy
- Typefully — typefully.com/privacy
- TikTok — tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy
7. Data retention
We retain account data and integration credentials for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@affiliateprogrampro.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level security at the database. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
